I am a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor from Kerala Ayurveda Academy, CA, USA. I empower people with complete mind-body healing by integrating traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern lifestyle. With Ayurveda, healing takes place at various levels of existence and is sustainable.
By building a relationship with the Rogi, I give them a safe space to express themselves and heal from the inside out. Along with Ayurveda, you can use my guidance with Tea Meditation, Creative Writing, Forest Bathing, Mindful Cooking Classes etc. I can help you understand the connection between physical and emotional body.
Most of the times the healing looks different and is achieved through various practices and rituals. I always encourage the Rogi to ask the Question: “ What do I need now?” I embrace their needs and work with them.

My faith in Ayurveda
On My healing journey towards SATTVA, I found Ayurveda and got the opportunity to learn about it through some wonderful people practicing Yoga & Ayurveda. Heartfelt Ayurveda is my labor of love made with a lot of thought and attention to detail. My story is rooted in the values of purity, authenticity and strength.

Along with providing suggestions for healing, I also take a lot of interest in getting you warmed up in your kitchen with ideas and recipes that are not just healthy but delicious and fun to create. We also work together on other inputs like breath, perception and water intake. AHAARA, collectively termed as our daily inputs makes us who we are and VIHAARA, our lifestyle helps us manage our inputs well. I suggest diet and lifestyle choices based on your PRAKRITI (constitution) & VIKRITI (imbalances).
